The Service Centre is your contact point with IntraNote. 

 

IntraNote's help desk handles the following tasks:

 • Attendance to hotline calls

 • Attendance to help desk issues received

 • Training

 • Consultancy tasks, including graphic tasks

 • Demonstration of modules

 

Office hours

The Service Centre is open Monday - Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
