ScanNote®
ScanNote is a separate product delivered in two versions that are both part of the DocuNote series: ScanNote Mail and ScanNote Invoice Scanning.
ScanNote Mail
ScanNote Mail enables you to automatically distribute the day's scanned post through e-mail to one or more recipients. ScanNote Mail converts scanned TIFF files (from scanner or copier) to OCR PDF files.
These files are e-mailed to the e-mail recipients, for instance, an inbox or a public folder.
ScanNote Invoice Scanning
ScanNote Invoice Scanning is an application for recognition of Danish invoices that works independently of the scanner type. In this way, your invoices are securely stored and you can quickly find them by searching on invoice data.
The application text-recognises the standard TIF format delivered by scanners and copiers.
