Project Room

Project Room supports team and project work where several users need to share information, develop knowledge and stay up-to-date.
By means of Project Room such collaboration is possible in IntraNote Portal Server^® - both internally between colleagues and externally with partners and customers.

A project room is created on the basis of a template, a project room table, which contains the master data of the project concerned. New projects are then based on this project table which is created in IntelliForms, where it can be adapted and extended to fit your company's needs.

Through IntelliForms, the project manager can extract different lists, such as project status and degrees of completion.

To the project team, the results provide a secure, efficient and cost-efficient way of communicating and sharing information – independently of time and place.
