Outlook Integration
 


By means of IntraNote® Outlook Integration, the employees can gain access to their personal MS Outlook (Inbox, Calendar, To-Do-List, Contacts) through an individually accessible page on the intranet. 

You can collect all the information that you use every day on one page in a personalised solution. You can add subscription to your areas of interest, necessary information, news, etc.


With Outlook Integration you can:

- See your personal Outlook on the intranet.
- Create and delete items in your personal Outlook through the intranet interface.
- File e-mails and attached files directly in the infobase or in CRM.
- Attach files and infobase items and send them via Outlook e-mail.

 

Outlook Integration supports Office 2007.
