Netviewer is an optimum tool that we use when we are in online contact with our customers and others interested in our products. Netviewer enables us to demonstrate modules, issues and solutions to each other online.
For online demonstration
Install Netviewer on your computer and get an online demonstration of an IntraNote solution, including our intranet modules, document management systems, CMS or another specific module.
For problem identification
Install Netviewer on your computer and allow an IntraNote hotline employee to see your screen while you are working. In this way, you can allow us to see what happens on your screen or allow us to duplicate what happens on our own screen while we explain the processes. This is really helpful if you have problems with your system, or if you want to see how a specific module works.
