Activity Calendar
Highlight activities and attach electronic registration
All common company activities are visible in the activity calendar. This could be company-wide activities and/or departmental activities etc., such as an anniversary etc.
You can create an activity where people sign up electronically, so it is visible for the users who have enrolled. You can also create an informational activity without enrolment.
Address Book
Use the address book to keep records of all your contacts
The address book is a virtual filing cabinet where you can manage customer, supplier and creditor information, etc. You can create an unlimited number of company contact entries.
For each contact you can attach notes and contact information. The "CRM" add-on module is an expansion of the address book, so with CRM you will have more address book features, such as campaign management, mail merge, etc.
Anniversaries and Birthdays
Any birthdays today?
You can show anniversaries and birthdays for all or selected users. This feature obtains data from the "Birthday" and "Employment date" user record fields. You can select if year of birth should be visible.
Blog
Create an intranet blog
Create blogs using the internal blog feature.
Included page templates makes blog creation quick and simple.
Data Query
Create a data extract for further processing
Using SQL views it is possible to export data to Excel spreadsheets. This could be a list of customers or data for a customer satisfaction survey.
The administrator allocates the necessary permissions to ensure security enforcement.
Debates
Create an intranet based debate
The intranet is able to hold an unlimited number of debate forums, and you can enable user comments on each individual bulletin.
It is also possible to host a document based multi thread debate, as this is not limited to bulletins and general subjects.
Department/Group Management
