IntraNote's philosophy

Concepts such as 'fruitful cooperation', 'speed' and 'man before system' form the basis of any contact between you and IntraNote

Fruitful cooperation

Our notion of fruitful cooperation ensures that each solution is designed to the individual organisation and not the other way around.

The dynamic aspect of our solutions is the very foundation of our development. Our solutions are standard solutions that are rolled out in advance – ready for implementation.
The modular design makes it possible to tailor each solution to the organisation's needs and ambitions.
Each customer is unique – and this must be reflected in the solution.

Through continuous dialogue with our customers, we offer additional services by way of hotline/support, customer extranet, quarterly expertise meetings, annual information and inspiration days and quarterly releases. Besides, we offer a wide range of training courses.

Speed

IntraNote's success can partly be attributed to the great advantages that our Microsoft-based solutions ensure through speedy and updatable system integration and partly to the standard features of the IntraNote solutions, including simple and logic navigation and administration.

We want to enable our customers to get quickly started with their solutions while keeping the resource consumption at a minimum.

With IntraNote, 'standard' is not equal to limited possibilities, but a flexible and non-technical approach that, among other things, focuses on speedy operation. For the benefit of both end users and organisation.

Man before system

With IntraNote a/s, we take our customers seriously. So seriously that more than 300 large and medium-sized companies and more than 20 local governments until now have entrusted us with the responsibility for the development and supply of their tools for knowledge-sharing.

We proudly take the credit for this - because the implementation of an IntraNote solution always takes place in close dialogue with the individual customer.

Knowledge-sharing is not just a matter of having the right systems – it is just as much a matter of understanding the organisation and the persons that make up the organisation in which the systems are to function. That is what we mean by 'man before system.'
