IntelliForms
IntraNote® IntelliForms is a forms module that provides flexible electronic applications on your intranet.
Do you use Word and Excel for your mileage statements, absence requests, outlays, etc.? Such paper-based workflows entail an unnecessary amount of coordination of everything from distribution, completion, collection and subsequent entry in a database.
With IntelliForms, you can create dynamic forms that are completed digitally on the intranet and stored automatically in a database - possibly with a view to further processing in other applications.
IntelliForms is also sold as a separate module allowing you to
1. Develop your own applications through a user-friendly interface.
2. Select pre-defined applications (see below).
3. Share your own-developed applications with other customers on the extranet.
