Extranet
 

An extranet is a data network made available to authorised users, ie. customers, vendors, partners, etc. The extranet is a popular platform for sharing of corporate information as part of the daily routines, for example, news, large amounts of data, product catalogues, price lists, etc., uploaded and accessed through login.

Extranet is a separate solution that is an add-on to IntraNote Portal Server^®, where you can publish selected information to all the web-based solutions of the company, including intranet, extranet and web site. Information is created on the intranet, but is shared, distributed and published through three channels.
