Document Synchronisation
By means of Document Synchronisation, you can upload folders and files directly to the intranet from any application. This will allow you to save time and ensure that the same versions of the files are stored on the network drives and the intranet.
Document Synchronisation ensures that any change in an uploaded folder is reflected in IntraNote Portal Server. If a document is created, edited, saved as a new version or deleted in the LAN folder, it will be automatically updated on the intranet/extranet, so that the users always have access to the most recent documents.
This helps to improve the quality of your documents, including price lists, product sheets, process descriptions, quality manuals, corporate staff manuals, etc.
