Document Management (DMS)

DocuNote organises company documents, including texts, emails, PDFs and graphics, in a logical and searchable structure.

DocuNote performs document archiving and makes documents available based on logical entry points, such as projects, departments or customers, or based on searches including fuzzy matches. All results are shown using a familiar user interface with a layout similar to MS Outlook.
