Data Manager^®  

Have you stored data in a system or an application that you want to use in another application? Then Data Manager is the tool which moves and converts your data from one application to another.

Data Manager is an integration application with an easily accessible Windows interface, where you can select, convert and process data from different sources and in different formats, such as CSV, XML, Web Services, FTP, etc. 
 

When you start Data Manager, you can selct an import file and save your configuration. You can save the configuration as a one-time job or a running job triggered by a time interval or a specific action.

With Data Manager you can integrate IntraNote Portal Server^® with your other IT solutions.

Examples:

 • Transfer customers from external CRM system to the intranet 
 • Synchronise users from the intranet to the web site
 • Automatically create project rooms in your intranet
 • Import payroll data with AD integration to the intranet
 • Import staff information from IntraNote Portal Server^® to the HRM module in Dynamicweb
 • Store responses from polls in a CSV file
 • Transfer data from an external CRM system to the CRM module in IntraNote
