IntraNote® Booking provides you with an overview of what has been booked when and by whom.
By means of the Booking module, which includes integration with Microsoft Exchange and/or Lotus Notes, you can easily create and manage reservations and bookings of participants, meeting rooms, IT equipment, meals, etc. Everything via the intranet.
All in all, the Booking module ensures that the right resources are available in due time. This will benefit the daily work in your organisation as misunderstandings and double-bookings are eliminated.
